Dealer Support Specialist (Dealer Success & Operations)

AmCoat is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to serve as the operational backbone of our dealer network.
This role sits at the center of our business - supporting dealers, managing orders, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Support our nationwide dealer network with order entry, training, and day-to-day communication.
- Process invoices, manage A/R collections, and assist with A/P coordination.
- Route and manage inbound leads to dealers (~5,500 annually).
- Coordinate freight, shipments, and resolve logistics issues.
- Manage warranty claims from intake through resolution.
- Prepare and ship sales kits, marketing materials, and dealer resources.

- High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in operations, customer support, or similar role (ERP experience a plus).
